This class is rigorous with an emphasis on healthy body awareness, safe practice, a huge use of space and musicality, incorporating aspects of the Simonson, Cunningham and Horton Techniques.

An excellent class for the beginning modern dance students.

Pricing
90 minute adult classes: $15 drop-in rate.
Class cards are available for adult classes in increments of 4 classes and up. No expiration. Cost per class is $13.50.
